PHOTO: Obafemi Martins settles Wizkid and Dammy Krane’s beef at his house
Wizkid, Obafemi Martins and Dammy Krane.
We can officially say the beef between Nigerian superstars Wizkid and Dammy Krane is over.
The beef started on January 12, 2016 when Dammy took to Twitter to call out Wizkid in a series of tweets of being a thief, then it got physical on January 15, 2016 when they met at Quilox night club, venue of the ‘All Black Party‘ organised by Super Eagles striker, Obafemi Martins.
Realizing
that the fight started at his party, Obafemi Martins took it on himself
to wade into the crisis as he invited both stars to his home to resolve
the beef.
He shared a group photo some moments ago on Instagram with the caption, ‘It all started at my party on Thursday at Quilox and settled here at my house Wizkid and Dammy Krane are cool’.

disclosed that the female fans have been amazing to him and his career.
In his words, “The ladies have been amazing to me. They are
wonderful fans and I am a ladies’ man especially because of the kind of
songs I sing. I love my female fans. I am a loyal and good boy who would
never take advantage of women.”
Continuing, he said, ‘I am a young boy with responsibilities on
my neck so I am not thinking about settling down anytime soon. There is
still money to be made and I am not considering marriage at all at the
moment.’
Recently, Kiss Daniel and his music producer DJ Coublon were rescued from the scene of their car accident in Lekki.
René Angélil,
the husband of and mentor-manager who helped make Canadian
singer Céline Dion a mega star, has died after a years-long battle with
throat cancer. He was 73.
The news was confirmed on Dion's website
Thursday where a statement announced Angélil died at their home in Las
Vegas "after a long and courageous battle against cancer. The family
requests that their privacy be respected at the moment; more details
will be provided at a later time."

Dion,
47, told USA TODAY in August, after months of caring for her dying
husband, that she promised him she'd be there until the end, to support
"the only boyfriend I've ever had."
Her husband's death culminates
a remarkable openness by Dion about Angélil's struggles and her
response to living with and facing the inevitable end.
"And René
says to me, 'I want to die in your arms.' OK, fine, I'll be there,
you'll die in my arms," she said in an emotionally intense interview
just before returning to the Strip for another extended run on her Vegas
residency.
Dion cancelled her shows at The Colosseum this weekend
but is scheduled to be back as planned on Feb 23, according to Caesar's
Palace.
USA TODAY
Celine Dion: Rene hopes to 'die in my arms'
"It
is impossible to overstate the impact René and of course Céline have
had on the history of entertainment in Las Vegas and at Caesars Palace,
with his audacious vision regarding her residency, now 13 years and
counting," Gary Selesner, president of Caesars Palace, said in a
statement. "René was truly an amazing human being, showman and
businessman, and over these many years became a loved and cherished
member of the Caesars Palace family."
Added John Nelson, senior
vice president of AEG Live, "(Rene) and Céline were so devoted to each
other, their relationship has been a model for us all."
Dion met
Angélil when she was 12, and he later became her manager and, in 1994,
her husband. They have three children: René-Charles, 14, and 5-year-old
twins, Nelson and Eddy.
Angélil also has three adult children from his two previous marriages: Patrick, Jean Pierre and Anne Marie.
Angélil
had been ill for years, and on a feeding tube for the last two years,
Dion said in August. After a series of procedures in Boston hospitals,
he was back living at the family's Las Vegas home.
After a year long hiatus to care for her ailing husband René
Angélil, Celine Dion says she's returning to center stage at Caesar's
Palace in Las Vegas because "he wants me out there."
USA TODAY
He suffered a heart attack in 1992 and was diagnosed with malignant cancer, after finding a lump on his neck, in 1998.
"We
have asked (doctors) many times, how long does he have, three weeks,
three months? René wants to know," she says. "But they say they don't
know."
Dion said she dutifully took notes during talks in which Angélil spelled out the details of his funeral service.
"Don't
forget, he's been the leader of the band all my life," she says, having
masterminded her career to the tune of 220 million albums sold. "So it
(hacks) him off to not see me all day and over here (at Caesar's palace)
working. But he wants me to do this, do the show, do the interviews.
But he freaks when I'm not home with him, too."
Born in Montreal
of Syrian and Lebanese descent, Angélil started out as a pop singer in
the 1960s in French Canada's largest city.
Later, he turned to
artist management, and in 1980 discovered Dion when her brother sent him
her demo tape. The two began a relationship in 1987, when she was 19
and he was 45. They got engaged in 1991 and in married in Montreal's
Catholic basilica at the end of 1994.
Whatever else Dion is
remembered for — and her musical legacy is considerable — she'll also be
remembered for her fortitude on behalf of her husband, and her grace in
showing the world how it's done.
"When you see someone who is
fighting so hard, it has a big impact on you," she told USA TODAY. "You
have two choices. You look at your husband who's very sick and you can't
help, and it kills you. Or you look at your husband that's sick and you
say, 'I got you. I got it. I'm here. It's going to be just fine.'
"You
can have your shaking knees at the end, but when someone you love falls
and needs help, it's not time to cry," she says. "Afterwards, sure. But
not yet."
While his death was not a surprise, fans, friends and admirers tweeted mournfully.

NET Exclusive: Here’s what Wizkid ‘STOLE’ from Dammy Krane; + The Kiss Daniel connection
Wizkid and Dammy Krane
Yesterday January 12, 2016, Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane took to Twitter to rant and curse out Wizkid.
In
the series of rant, Dammy Krane expressed his displeasure on his lack
of tolerance for thieves and went to accuse Wizkid of stealing from him.
Wizkid
is a bitch nigga, I was about to loose it and fuck him up but they even
had to beg me,no time to form I am the streets!!#industreet#
— #ENTERKRANER (@dammy_krane) January 12, 2016
This accusation practically put the whole industry in a state of shock
as he didn’t state what was stolen from him, he only ended his rant with
‘Gbetititi‘, a post since deleted.
It’s been
over 17 hours since his rant and Wizkid is yet to respond to the
allegation. However, our reporters began to dig deep into the beef and
we can tell you we’ve figured out what Wizkid allegedly stole from Dammy Krane. I have a problem with thieves – Dammy Krane attacks Wizkid
If
you are a true fan of Dammy Krane, then you would have noticed his use
of the word ‘Gbetititi’ in several of his songs. Our findings however
reveals that Wizkid may have used the word ‘Gbetititi’ without permision
from Dammy Krane which prompted the Twitter rant.
If you carefully listen to the Wizkid version of Kiss Daniel’s song ‘Good Time‘, at exactly 2:55, you’ll hear Wizkid chant the word ‘Gbetititi‘ towards the end of the song.
In 2013, Dammy Krane made similar claims when he called out Davido for ‘stealing’ his Skelewu Dance step.
Listen to the song HERE and be the judge.
Tiwa Savage And Olamide Record Music Vide
After the reconciliation of Olamide and Don
Jazzy following Headies 2015 award beef, the two record labels are in
good terms once again.
Mavins record act Tiwa Savage and YBNL boss Olamide are on set for the video of Tiwa Savage‘s song “Standing Ovation” which will be dropping soon.
Recall that billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote stepped in and
helped restore quiet between both parties after their outbursts.
After apologizing to fans via the social media for their misconduct
at the Headies 2015 awards that took place in Lagos, on Friday, January
1, the victims Don Jazzy and Olamide have come out to also apologize to
the organizer, Ayo Animashaun for their bad conduct on stage
Y! Scoop: What you didn’t know about the Olamide/Don Jazzy Headies fight
The Olamide and Don Jazzy Headies
fiasco will forever go down as one of the most unforgettable and
controversial moments in Nigeria’s award ceremony history.
Between the stage dramas and the Twitter banters- it was a very interesting one to witness while it lasted.
Although the two parties are back on good terms, one can hardly forget the memorable catchphrase- Back to Back, everything was a hit- which is still being used till date on social media.
However, there is one hashtag that generated so much buzz that it was
even acknowledged by the government agency that was name-dropped.
The hashtag- #LeaveTrashForLawma- which Olamide tweeted while bashing
Don Jazzy, was the biggest souvenir from the short-lived fight.
Contrary to popular belief that Olamide originally came up with the
hashtag, the grapevine and a few sources infer that the YBNL General was
inspired to come up with #LeaveTrashForLawma.
On the day of the Headies Awards, a Cypher was released online.
The Cypher, which was produced by fast rising producer –Killertunez, featured emerging rappers such as ‘Ola Dips, Pele Pele, Yung Tizzy, Seax Penz & High Bee‘.
YNaija learned thatthe Cypher was recorded at the
aforementioned producer’s studio which Olamide usually frequents and a
reliable source confirmed to us that the rapper heard the recording at
some point.
In the Cypher, indigenous act, Pele Pele who is a
close associate of the YBNL rapper dropped a punchline on his verse,
making reference to the waste management government agency.
He said: “E mi oraye Trash emi o kin se LAWMA (I don’t have time for trash, Iam not LAWMA.”
