                                  HOME MADE REMEDIES TO THE RESCUE

There are a number of reasons why you can benefit from home made skin treatments, first of all, they are relatively cheap. They are all natural and since u are the one making them, you know exactly what is in them and from where those ingredients came. Many of the ingredients have a wide variety o uses and most importantly, they WORK. Follow these simple tips one at a time and kiss acne and pimples goodbye.
  1. CLEANSE TONE AND MOISTURIZE

    1. The very basic step start by ensuring that your skin is free from all impurities. Dirt is a home to acne and pimples. usually, open pores invite dirt and dirt's convert to blackheads; black head when inflamed results in acne. Thoroughly cleansed skin will prevent breakouts, toning will close the pores and moisturizing will leave the skin refreshed ( you can moisturize with avocado)
    2. USE SUGAR AS A SCRUB

      After washing face with a mild wash, rub wet face with sugar  grain ands scrub gently, this will act as a scrub and the grains will exfoliate  and dislodge impurities from the pores. Wash of face again with cold water. Continue for two weeks to get best results.
    3. CINNAMON POWDER AND HONEY

      Make a paste of cinnamon powder and honey mix in the ratio of 1:3 respectively, apply on the face over night and rinse next morning with lukewarm water. Cinnamon's antimicrobial properties will help fight pimples whereas honey will add some glow to your skin.
    4. CUCUMBER JUICE WITH ROSEWATER

      With the help of a cotton ball, apply cucumber juice mixed with rose water on the face; if you have normal or combination skin, if your skin is oily, add a teaspoonful of lemon juice as well.cucumber juice is a very good astringent  and apart from cleansing your skin, it will tighten the pores while retaining the moisture content.
    5. ORANGE PEEL

      Rub a fresh orange peel on the affected area (you can also grind it). mix with a few drops of water and apply on the face, keep it for twenty or thirty minutes and wash off. citric acid and vitamin c in the orange will refresh your skin and gradually relive u from acne.
    6.  EXERCISE REGULARLY AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER

      All these external applicants will be completely ineffective if you skip "this".Regular exercise will increase healthy blood flow and release toxins from your body that causes acne . Regular hydration through at least 8-10 glasses of water will do same. However, ensure that yo regularly cleanse your skin after sweating to avoid clogging of pores again.
    7. PASTE OF OATMEAL AND ROSEWATER

      Make a paste of oatmeal and rosewater and scrub your face with it; it will absorb all extra oils and cleanse the skin of impurities. Replace rosewater with lemon juice if your skin is oily and fresh milk if ur skin is dry.
